Tighe started work straight after his High school exams without a break. After completing his fair share of hard work on the job and attending classes one day per week for 3 years through the Certified Builders system.  Tighe has acquired considerable skill and sound judgment and can now be proudly called a Tradesman.   There is no short cut to Skill but there is also no barriers to acquiring it just determination and time.
