What We do
“The Smithery” by definition can mean the fine goods or products produced by a Smith. A “Smith” is a skilled craftsmen in their given medium. The Smithery is purposely a small builder / producer and we like the ideal that this represents.
We are a full services contractor that offers a “turn key solution” on Fixed Price Contract or Cost Plus Margin basis. We will construct timeless buildings or alter existing homes. We renovate, refurbish or restore your home, work space or just one room. Maybe even just provide one piece or fix one problem. We can do many things, but we specialize in skilled quality work executed with sensitivity and personal care. Only this way can we achieve the best results in a challenging industry. For this reason we prefer to work for the end user, home owner or Architect that will appreciate our level of care and commitment.
Being a Licenced Building Practitioner and member of the Certified Builders we offer sound construction services. At the core we are carpenters and wood workers so projects that have wood or natural materials aesthetic are where we come into our own and offer timeless value.
